WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Islet ships its products worldwide. Orders will take 1-2 weeks to process and an additional 4-5 days to get delivered. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 5 to 6 business days for shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Islet is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Islet continuously tries to avoid such instances. Also, Islet reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.

IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE?

No, we offer free shipping all over India.

Orders delivered via express shipping (for India) and all international orders, have a delivery fee associated depending on your delivery address. You will be able to view the information at the time of checkout.

WHAT’S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can track by clicking on the tracking link and see the status of your delivery. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once your order is placed, the order takes 1- 2 weeks to process.In addition to the processing time, standard shipping takes 4 to 5 business days and express shipping takes 3-5 business days. Please note, during sale events or within 3 days of a new collection launch you may experience an extra 2 to 3 day delay in receiving your order. International deliveries will take up to 7-10 business days.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND DUTIES TAXES?

If you purchase from outside of India, you, the buyer, are responsible for all customs & duties associated within your own country. For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on all Islet orders and must include the correct invoice for customs should they request this.
